Yes. We understand that discretion is often a priority. While our team arrives in professional attire, we can offer discreet service options upon request to ensure your privacy within the community.

How skilled are your technicians?

All of our technicians have completed an RSPH level 2 Award In Pest Management qualification along side further seminars and other extended learning opportunities. Our technicians have successfully demonstrated competency through hands-on experience, managing various pests across multiple settings.

We are a fully independent, North Devon-based business. When you call us, you speak directly to the technician who will be on-site, ensuring a personal and consistent service that national firms cannot match.

Safety & Welfare

Is the treatment safe for my pets, children, or sensitive family members?

Yes. We use targeted application methods, placing professional-grade products only where pests travel and using tamper-resistant bait stations. We also offer non-toxic proofing and eco-conscious options for homes with pets, fish or young children.

Are your methods humane?

Yes. We use humane methods in line with current animal welfare regulations.

Are your products approved and regulated?

Absolutely. All treatments we use are approved by the relevant regulatory bodies and applied by licensed professionals.

Will your treatments stain or damage surfaces?

No. We use professional-grade products designed for safe indoor use. We take care to protect all surfaces and provide aftercare instructions if needed.

Booking & Preparation

How much does it cost?

We provide transparent pricing based on the species, property size and treatment complexity. You will get top quality service at low local prices.

What should I do before a pest control visit?

Depending on the service, you may need to move furniture, clear access to problem areas or store food securely. You may need to make alternative arrangements for any pets in the household for certain treatments. We'll give you clear instructions beforehand to minimise any stressful situations.

What if I have mobility issues or can’t prepare my property?

Let us know in advance- we’re happy to help make your service accessible.

Can I stay in my home or business while it’s being treated?

For most treatments, you can stay in your home or business. However, some cases it may require temporary vacating. We'll let you know in advance. We aim to minimise disruption and will work around your hours where possible.

Can weather affect pest control treatments?

Yes. Outdoor treatments can be impacted by rain or extreme temperatures. If weather conditions affect the treatment, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.

The Service Process

What happens during the first visit?

At your first visit, a technician will inspect your property to identify the type of pest, the level of infestation and any entry points or problem areas. They’ll explain the findings, recommend a treatment plan and answer any questions. In many cases, treatment can begin immediately with your approval. You’ll also receive advice on prevention and any preparation or follow-up needed.

Can you identify the type of pest I have?

Yes. Our trained technicians can identify the species and recommend the most effective treatment plan based on their behaviour and habitat.

How long do treatments last?

It varies by pest and treatment type. Some provide immediate relief, while others offer protection for several weeks or months. We’ll explain what to expect and how many appointments we think you will need.

How do I know if the treatment worked?

We’ll explain what signs to look for and if necessary, conduct follow-up visits or monitoring to confirm the issue is resolved.

What’s included in a pest control report?

We document findings, pest types, treatment methods, materials used, safety advice and any follow-up actions- especially important for commercial clients for compliance.

Prevention & Long-term Care

Can pests come back after treatment?

While many treatments provide long-lasting results, pests can return if conditions remain favorable. That’s why we focus on prevention and proofing too.

What if my neighbours have pests too?

Pests can spread and reinfest. Working with neighbours and coordinating treatment helps, especially in flats or terraced homes. Pests don't respect property lines. If we suspect the issue is coming from a neighbouring property, we can provide advice on how to approach the situation or offer a "block treatment" discount if multiple neighbours book together.
